To apply please send cover letter and resume to Adam Bendeson at email protected Surprise Lake Camp seeks a creative and high-energy Marketing Manager who will be responsible for the management and execution of all of Surprise Lake Camps marketing and sales strategies.
This person will be a strategic thinker who will raise the visibility and awareness of Surprise Lake Camps work through our website, email, newsletters, blogs, social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn) and media channels.
This person will serve as the primary sales agent for camper recruitment.
The Marketing Manager will have excellent writing, technology and communications skills.
The Manager will promote the mission of Surprise Lake Camp and keep the service populations, relevant stakeholders and the general public informed of the organizations goals and initiatives.
This person will be the primary staff member for recruitment of new campers and the retention of existing camp families based on established sales goals.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Serve as primary staff member in obtaining annual recruitment goals.
Maintain and manage camp sales funnel and daily recruitment to obtain daily/monthly/annual quotas.
Accomplish marketing and sales objectives by personal recruitment, social media and all other viable avenues.
Create and execute a sophisticated digital communications strategy that supports evolving goalsUpdate organizational website content as neededDevelop and execute digital and traditional communications strategy inclusive of content distribution calendarUnderstand the strategic role of design and layout in developing compelling & effective productsCollaborate with teams in order to develop marketing assets and curate compelling content for digital platformsReview illustrative materials to determine if all communications conform to the organizations standards and specifications.
Create and maintain a common voiceManage all active social media platforms by utilizing a monthly editorial calendar, drafting captions and designing all accompanying graphics for both organic and paid postsExcellent writing and communication skills3-5 years of experience in the field of marketing or salesBachelors Degree, preferably in Marketing, Business or CommunicationsAbility to manage daily sales quotasDocumented experience in website design and social media management requiredExperience with WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite (primarily InDesign and Photoshop) Google Analytics, AdWords, Constant Contact and CanvaExcellent personal communication, presentation and editing skillsMultitasker with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at onceStrong decision-making skills, high energy and enthusiasm for Surprise Lake Camps missionPhotography skills a plusSalary:

Surprise Lake Camp is one of the oldest Jewish Childrens Camps in the United States.
